28 days for refunds, 90 days for exchanges on unworn uniform…
We know that most uniform is bought during the summer holidays for the year ahead, and we always advise you to shop as early as you can during the summer to avoid queues and stock shortages which can happen as we get closer to the start of the school year.
But even though we’ll advise you to buy uniform with room for growth we also know that children have a habit of growing all the time! So to help with shopping early in the summer holidays we are happy to offer a 90 day policy on returns for exchanging unworn uniform outgrown by pesky growth spurts, subject to stock availability of larger sizes.
We are also happy to offer refunds on unworn uniform within 28 days of purchase.
We accept returns on all purchases provided the items are unworn, with clothing tags still attached, and returned in the condition they were sold (proof of purchase will be required). They can be returned by bringing them into the shop or by posting back to us at the address below:

If posting, please indicate the reason for the return, whether requesting a refund (within 28 days of purchase) or an exchange (within 90 days), the requested size for an exchange, and provide contact details should we need to get in touch. We strongly advise that a postal receipt is obtained for your return and that you check that the value is protected in the event of being lost in transit.
For exchanges, if you have posted the items back to us we will post your replacements back out at our cost.
Any item that you wish to exchange and is free from fault must be unworn and in saleable condition.
In the unlikely event of a faulty garment we will refund postage costs occurred in returning the goods to us although they may, in some circumstances, need to be returned to the manufacturer to confirm goods are faulty.
We are able to offer a refund within 28 days or an exchange within 90 days provided the above conditions are met.
All returns and exchanges are made at the Company’s discretion whilst acknowledging our responsibilities under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
This Returns Policy does not affect your Statutory Rights.
